Organic Waste Removal

(a convenience for small households and the elderly and only ‘soft’ garden waste).

This is an add on service to the main contract. This service is not compulsorily

1. Our operation hours are from 07:00 until 17:00

(Unfortunately, trucks cannot return for late disposals)

1. This is an additional service at an additional tariff since it does not form part of your normal weekly domestic household waste service.
2. Organic/Garden waste to be collected will be contained in standard black bags.
3. The quantity will not exceed more than 1 – 6 bags per week, which normally fits a 240-liter domestic wheelie bin.
4. Any wheelie bin which I wish to purchase is optional and my responsibility and can be sourced from binssalessa@gmail.com or purchased from a local supplier.
5. I / We will give 30 days’ notice for discontinuance of the service and will be liable for a full fee at month end.
6. I / We will not place wet grass within a container without bag containment.
7. The fee of R175.00 is payable to the Managing Agent for my / our levy collections thereby ensuring transparent record keeping.
8. Bulk garden waste must be arranged with Bronberg Enviro Waste directly for a separate quote.

By using bags, I understand:

a) unwanted stench and spillage is minimized within the Estate;
b) the personnel is able to handle the weight.

The duty of the Service Provider is to collect regularly on a weekly basis and keep sufficient records for inspection by Estate Manager.
